Here at MY-PC-ER we don’t believe you should be charged to find out what is wrong with your computer. That is why basic diagnostics are free! However, if you happen to have a very strange issue and we have to completely tear into the computer to find the problem there will be a nominal fee if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
